Anybody have any feedback or info on the Lazy R and R Cove RV park in Spring Branch, TX? We 're renting a 30 ft trailer and have reserved a space at the Lazy R&R and I'm just wondering if anyone is familiar with the place. Reviews are mixed, but it's close to our daughter's home in Fischer where we're having a famiy get together.

No reviews so far so i'll do one. The camp we stayed in was very laid back and has access to a little cove on the Guadalupe though we didn't have time to go down. The road we were on needs some maintenance for the erosion, though to be fair they had a lot of rain previous to our stay. Very reasonable compared to a couple of others I visited online but I have no reference to compare the actual camp ground of the others. The site had both 30 and 50 amp electrical and ofcourse water. It had a sewer hub to connect the trailer dump. I don't know if that's common or not but it beats trying to pull up to a dump station. Lighting was almost non-existent in our area though the cabin area did have some. I don't k.now if I'd want lights shining into the windows anyway. Laundry, showers, ice and fire wood available on site. I saw kayaks down toward the river but I don't know if they were for rent or belonged to campers. They have a primitive area as well. Not fancy, but nice people and very laid back.
Oh! There is a very nice resort (golf course , swimming pool ) near by called The Hawk on Rebecca Creek Road) maybe a mile and a half away. Swimming 3 bucks a person and open to the public. And there's a boat ramp on the loop to the camp.
