Use Baker mortgage... they have an in house agent and the give you 2 percent cash back. The mortgage company is awesome. Very competetive rates and the process was awesome easy. Their office is in sugarland but the agent, Andy Pederer, knows the heights well. I can not recommend them highly enough. If you want to talk shoot me an email and i will give you my number.
