Chase Bank and Living Social anti-gun grant policy

I received an email yesterday about a small business grant program from Chase Bank and Living Social called Mission: Small Business. So I went to their website and looked over the program rules at
https://www.missionsmallbusiness.com/pa ... gram-rules.
A small business will not be eligible if, among other things, it or any of its owners, management or affiliated organizations:
...
promote or suggest, directly or indirectly, the use of firearms/weapons, money remittance, check cashing services, use or sale of any illegal drugs (state or federal), prostitution or pornography, violence, or the underage use of alcohol;
...
post Prohibited Content (see below);
...
What a high opinion they have of us, lumping us in with money scams (their competition), illegal drugs, illegal prostitution, illegal violence, and illegal alcohol use.
And the hypocrisy is comparable to Bloomberg's because I am sure they rely on firearms in the protection of their own interests.
ETA: And I was also told by a Living Social account rep that they no longer allow gun-related advertising since the media hype over Skittles and tea.

I wonder if they would also prohibit any advertising by Skittles or any kind of tea.

I wonder which of the two actually instituted the policy? Although, I suppose it doesn't matter, since they do business together and the policy is posted.
Guess it's time to find a new bank after all. And perhaps I will stop giving Living Social my money too.

They have edited their statement.
It now says... "promote or suggest, directly or indirectly, the illegal use of firearms/weapons, money remittance, check cashing services, use or sale..."

That's perfectly fair. Nobody here should condone the illegal use of firearms either, although we can certainly use every legal method possible to make the east and west coast states come to their senses.

Come on, the whole thing is a joke.....Chase, Citibank, JP Morgan, BOA, and Goldman Sachs are among the biggest criminal enterprises on the planet. On the grand scale they've stolen billons, if not trillions, and on the petty scale, they've laundered money for drug dealers (and some of them have even paid small fines for it). They have no doubt directly, or indirectly, provided financing for other criminal enterprises that operate on a much smaller scale, and it's a good bet they've helped finance illegal drugs, prostitution, pornography, and certainty violence through weapons sales to gangster governments. If we had a functioning legal system a good number of the executives running these criminal enterprises would be in prison; but while it goes after Sheriff Joe, the likes of John Corazine, who openly stole at least $2 BILLION, walks the streets with impunity, a free man.

They have left in the prohibited content:
"Prohibited Content" includes, but is not limited to, content that, a Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion, determines violates the Program Rules or any applicable law, as well as content that promotes, suggests or encourages:
...
the use of firearms/weapons/ammunition, any illegal drugs, prostitution, pornography, nudity, profanity or other adult content, violence, or the use of alcohol or tobacco products;
...
