Reiter disputes the charges and says he realized he was too drunk to drive and was about to let a passenger in the truck to take the wheel when he was arrested.
Wonder which one ?

A police officer sees a man driving a convertible down the street with some penquins in the back seat. He pulls the guy over and says: "You can't drive around this town with penguins in the back of your car. I really don't want to give you a ticket, so I'll let you go with a warning if you promise to take them to the zoo."
The driver promises the officer he will take them to the zoo, and drives away.
The next day, the officer sees the same guy driving around with the penguins in his back seat, but this time they're all wearing sun glasses. The officer is really mad and pulls the guy over and demands: "I thought I told you to take these penguins to the zoo!"
The guy replies: "I did and they had such a good time, today I'm taking them to the beach!"
