I just received a phone call from Dave. As most of you know we were praying for surgery that his oldest daughter Heidi would be having. The surgery was successful. but they found cancer while they were in there. From what Dave says it is not confined and has spread to several parts of her body. They are putting her on a 5 day a week radiation treatment. I don't know what type of cancer she has at this point, but I'm sure the Lord knows.

On a happier note, I spoke with Dave about 10 days ago and he was feeling good enough to head to the range and shag some brass. The changes in his medication have helped tremendously. Dave firmly believes that the Lord had everything to do with his good health reports and that God was simply answering prayers from this forum and others.

Please continue to pray for Dave and start praying again for Heidi. I'll update when I learn more.
