Bars don't have access to those records. Neither does the TSA. There are lots of uses for a fake ID that don't involve somebody with he authority to verify the ID.
Also, they are faking ID's other than DL's, such as passports. AND they pass the electronic security systems, according to the article.

So I just figured out a good use for this, If I get one I can be young again....
