Academy's circular for June 17-23, 2012 contains the following firearms for sale.
I just list the handguns.
REVOLVERS
Taurus Ultralite .38 Special, Model 85, 5 rounds, DA/SA, $279.99. Need a cheap BUG
or something that fits nicely in a pants pocket or lady's purse? Here you go.
Ruger LCR, .38 Special, 5 rounds, DA, $449.99.
Taurus Judge, .410/45LC, 5 rounds, 2.5" chamber, DA/SA, $459.99.
SEMI-AUTOMATICS
Taurus PT140 Millenium Pro, .40, 3" barrel, 10 + 1 rounds, DA/SA, $369.99
Ruger SR9 full size (not compact), 9MM, 17 + 1 rounds, $449.99.
Taurus PT-92, 9MM, 17 + 1 rounds, DA/SA, 2 magazines, $459.99.
Sig Sauer P238, .380 ACP, 6 + 1 rounds, SA, $479.99. Sig Sauer is strict with FFL's that sell
Sigs and has a MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) policy. Sig's MAP for this pistol is $633, so
I don't know how Academy can sell it for $479.99 PLUS advertise it in their circular.
Everyone who has one of these seems to love them. If this is on your wish list, I don't think
you'll find a much better price.
