Glock. So many calibers and options :) All on ... THE SAME PLATFORM. I want I want I want.RSJ wrote:I have a 26, 17, and 34 (missing the 19). The 34 and 17 aren't much different in terms of carrying. The 17 and the 26 are greatly different. I would recommend you try a 19.
Also I recommend the PDX 9mm 124 gr. JHP http://www.winchester.com/Products/hand ... MMPDB.aspx" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Hmm. I need to go to a LGS and fondle the 26. I only have a 19 currently, but eventually want the whole family in 9mm and .45RSJ wrote:I have a 26, 17, and 34 (missing the 19). The 26 is my EDC. It has been my preference over: Ruger LCP, Springfield XD subcompact .40, 3 other Glocks, a 1911, and a Walther74novaman wrote:Hmm. I need to go to a LGS and fondle the 26. I just don't know if I'm going to try and pick up a 26, 30 or 21 next. Decisions, decisions.
That is kind of what has kept me away so far. Folks seem to like the pinky extensions, but if I make it as long as a Glock 19, I might as well carry my 19. I need to just find someone near by who has one and go shoot it. That'll help me make up my mind.RSJ wrote:

p99. Be prepared to buy a mag extension. The pinky "issue" is hard to overcome after using a G 17 or full size pistol.
The 30 is a great CCW if you ask me.
The pinky problem was a non-issue for me when shooting the 26. The reason I don't own it anymore is because I wanted more capacity. I could have thrown a G17 or 19 mag in it...yes, but then I may as well have just gone with a Glock 19 or Glock 17. LOL74novaman wrote:That is kind of what has kept me away so far. The "Wally Walk" is describing, "I got my license in the mail, put on a gun and walked around Wal*Mart with it."mikey1969 wrote:would love to know what the wally walk is ??
