This is an interesting story. Not only for the aspect of the car, but for the aspect that proves Northerners DO move to Texas (and thereby can influence our State/Cities elections with their ideas/choices).

There are at least 12 Robert Russell's in Austin:

And at least 7 in San Antonio:

Pennsylvania is pretty much gun friendly:

But how do they vote on other fronts:

I know how he feels. I had a Fender guitar, my grandmother's emerald ring and many less important things stolen during a burglary of my home in 2009. Every time I see a the same model guitar on ebay, craigslist or in the newspaper I always look at the serial number to see if it is mine. And there isn't a pawnshop in DFW I haven't canvassed looking for that ring. I would gladly let the thief keep the guitar if only I could get that ring back. It was the one personal possession my grandmother was able to hold on to during the great depression. It was given to me after she passed away so it's all about the sentimental value and not the monetary one. I am very happy for him. I will never stop looking for it and this gives me hope that one day I may find it.
