My CHL arrived Thursday. Took 5 weeks, two days. Here's the timeline:

June 19: Fingerprints & packet mailed (FedEx overnight)
June 30: Background Under Review
(July 4th Holiday)
July 19: Manufacture Pending
July 20: Manufacturing
July 21: Mailed
July 26: Arrived

Couple points: I am sure the July 4th holiday (Wednesday) slowed the entire week down; holiday, vacations, etc. Also, I have a clean record. My understanding, out-of-state records may slow down the background check.

Rightly so because they probably were. Did you have a hawiian shirt, 5.11 vest, or fanny pack on that were screamimg gun?
