Here's the good news though......
In China, when you are convicted of a Death Penalty offense, you are executed by a gunshot to the back of the head. And the Family of the offender must pay for the bullet! This is true!

This shows how effective gun control works --it empowers those with physical prowess over others, a return to the "might makes right" of long ago centuries.
