The man was arrested and is being excoriated in the press even though they admit he may not have done anything illegal.

I'm assuming that this was an OC situation. The story says that he has a concealed license but would someone have known if it had been CC?

I'm hoping that this fellow is planning to test the CO preemption for cities passing anti-gun ordnances. I do wonder about his timing if that is the case. It will be interesting to follow this situation, if we can, and see where it goes.

I read the words "But seriously", then I looked up at the URL and noticed the "blogs" sub-domain. It's so good to know that once-professional sources of news are at least making some effort to show that it's opinion-based. Of course kids these days can't even tell the difference between a blog and an online newspaper, except that one is probably more boring.
