It looks like AA SAM missiles on rails hidden under a building.

The FSA in the video claims that those are SS missiles modified to carry Bio and Chem warheads. I do not believe said claim.

Really I was just observing that they all keep saying it over and over again... It seems like there are times in the video when "Allahu Akbar" is said more often than anything else, like "marklar" is in the South Park quote.

I suppose it was a poor attempt at humor.

It is like saying :" Oh my God".
