If the truth were known, I'd be that more than half the people in the clip also complain about the government that they profess to belong to.

The gov't can give a smooch to my rusty dusty. I do not belong to it. A portion of it belongs to me. I belong to my children, my husband, and my God.

It is not how can our way of life continue if we elect Obama. The question is how can our way of life continue if enough Americans have such little sense as to elect someone like Obama twice.

But if you compare any of those same Democrats to Marx or Lenin, even pointing out that you are discussing government or economics, they completely lose their minds. It is FAR more accurate than the junk they are spouting in those links you posted, though.

And here you have the REAL difference between conservatives/libertarians and liberals/progressives; whether the government and what it has belongs to YOU or you and what you have belong to the government. And you are correct about what the Constitution states.

The quote is taken slightly out of context... I'll admit... I'm sure the speaker intended to say "Government is the only thing we are all a part of", or something along those lines... But the stupidity of allowing it to be shown, uncorrected, to the entire DNC on live TV, speaks volumes...
