Greenwood Suspending CHL Qualifications

I have been using Greenwood Gun Club down in Brazoria off and on for the past year to conduct CHL range qualifications. I received 11th hour notification today that they could not accommodate my class on Saturday because, "the club has suspended all for profit activities because our non profit status has expired. This includes CHL shooting."
Does anybody have any input into the situation at Greenwood? Why has their non profit status lapsed and are they working to get it back?
This puts me in a jam for Saturday. There aren't a lot of ranges open to outside instructors in that area. I spoke with Gary Broadus of Brazoria County Gun Range and he can't open his range up to me for some very understandable reasons nor can he qualify them for me because he's out of town.
I was told that just down FM2004 from Brazoria County Gun Range is a place called Accuracy Gun Range but I can't find much info about them on the web. Anybody have a phone number or email for them?
Anybody have any other ideas? I've already explored my privately owned land options. I've never left a class hanging... this won't be my first.
