I just started the CHL process by filling out the application online and paying the fee. I also just made the decision to move to another city here in Tx, which means my mailing address will be changing. I have not yet completed the CHL training class with an instructor (planned in early Nov). I'm just wondering if I can go to the DPS website and change my address at some point, even if the app is pending...Any ideas from anyone else?

There is an email contract link at the DPS website.

Tell them your new address when you have it if your license has not yet been issued. They'll tell you what to do.

Once the license is issued, you change your address and pay your $25 at the DPS website.
