I don't know of any law that they are violating. The signage that PISD has up may not comply with the law, but they are not illegal, and they have been made aware that the signs are not enforceable, but they intend to attempt to enforce them anyway.fannypacker wrote:Good question and I am sure we all would like to know. Probably yes. I've already written the bill and it is in the hands of a sponsor. It creates an offense for posting unenforceable signs and does several other things no elected official or government employee will like.FL450 wrote:Maybe Charles can answer this question.

I don't know if anyone has been prosecuted under Florida's new law, because unenforceable signs started coming down in batches when the law passed! I doubt there's anyone to prosecute.
