Give the DPS a call. I just called them and despite the fact they said they had received my documents weeks ago, they now show no documents on file. 
So annoying! Now I have to go through the whole waiting thing all over again because I really was never in line to begin with. 
Maybe Santa will bring license by Christmas....I can dream can't I?
