REcomend a belt

More an equipment belt, then just a "gun belt"

I have been using an old 5.11 belt to mount and carry my "walk around my property anti critter" set up
Image

But it's not a good arraignment as the holster and speed loader push are not fixed in position on the belt.

What I am looking for is a belt I can attach a holster, double speed loader pouch and light holder to like in the picture, the items remain fixed in position, ,, so I can store the belt, but grab it in a hurry, sling it around my waist no matter the clothes or lack thereof I'm wearing and know that all three items will be where I want them.

I have snakes and some 4 legged critters on the property that are harassing livestock and our dogs..... so this rig goes with me when I let the dogs out to play in the yard (4 ac of fenced yard) or walking them on the lower property...and or upon things going bump in the night.

Any ideas on a better belt? If I need to buy a new holster and speed loader pouch to make this work.... I’m not opposed to it.

Seems the race gun riugs Ive seen pictures of... are not tied to belt loops.. the holsters and pouches are fixed to the belt?

Humm, maybe thats all... a couple of screw rivets .. one though each item and the belt....... :headscratch

Thanks

Erik

sounds like the issue is
items remain fixed in position
My Comptac with Velcro sewn in on the underside by the manufacturer, retains my stuff in position that I affixed sticky-back Velcro to the clip on my holster that goes between the belt and pants (from WalMart sewing Dept, but the Sticky backed, not the sew in type of Velcro)

but yeah, a couple rivets/screws (chicago screw?) might be simpler and affix stuff more securely if it is more like a Sam Browne duty belt where you can leave stuff on the belt, you want and not a through the belt loops type belt

If I'm understanding correctly what your wanting, seems a police duty belt would work.

Velcro is your solution. Lots of belt makers have it available as an option these days.

Chicago screws.. yes, that’s want I was thinking.

Velcro is an option as well, and the police duty belt is a great idea I had not thought of.

Part of this is.. I want to use what I have if I can.. I retired the cheap 5.11 belt from carry, so its use as a home “duty” belt modified for a single purpose appeals to me. Same with current holster, speed loader carrier and flashlight holder… these are on hand items, bought and paid for, so best used if possible.

The belt is a bit short to be worn over normal clothes, more so as cold weather sets in…so I think a trip to Quantico Tactical at lunch time is in order…….then decide if I can make what else I have work with it, or buy all new stuff.

Thanks for the ideas so far..

Erik

I've used this type of belt for a couple handgun classes and its comfortable and easy on and off. All your stuff can be attached.to the molle and it wont move.
