Unfortunately, the decision has been made to cancel the 2012 TexasCHLforum Day at PSC. There are a number of reasons for this difficult decision, but a major factor is the fact that the pistol bay expansion project still has not been completed. As a lot of people know, membership in the PSC Shooting Club has been closed and expansion of our pistol shooting capacity is a major goal. When phase II of the project begins, it will require the closing of what we call Range #2 and we cannot close all of the pistol bays to the general membership, as would be required for the TexasCHLforum Day.

Sorry folks, but we had no choice.

Sorry to hear this. Forum day is something I look forward to every year with great anticipation. Oh well, we'll just have to start counting down the days until next year.

Not that it would do any good, but I need a pout icon! I had SOOOO much fun last year, but with the awesome seminars I signed up for the timing was not such that I could to the STAR! I still need to try it!

How about Austin. The politics are similar but it's a shorter drive.

What about that new fancy range near the Brazos river by Navasota?

There would be a cost, but we could split it up.

It is a bummer for sure and sure love the event. I understand about the bays. Still maybe later this year if possible once some of the projects are able to support the event and serve our members. Club is growing and doing a lot of great things. Thanks for the heads up.

Quess I got excited to soon. Just looked at the PSC Event Calendar and seen the event on March 31st.
This would have been my first year. Well I'll just have to hope for next year.

Best of the West in Liberty Hill has TONS of room for Pistol shooting...

Thats pretty central although I don't know how it would work but they hold competitions so I cannot imagine they would be opposed to closing off most or all of the pistol bays for us.
