SPF XDs ( .45 cal. ) - $400

Hi All,
Bought a new XDs ( .45 cal ) locally last Wed. Nov. 21st. Took it to the range Friday the 23rd, fired just 35 rounds.
Great gun, shoots great, no problems at all, love the single-stack in 45.
But it's just too much for me to handle.
( I love my G19, if that puts it in perspective 
)
So I'm offering it here for first $400 - cash, Paypal, etc. ( Thanks, but not interested in trades at this time. )
Prefer FTF, and TX CHL holder. I live in Sherman / Denison area, but could meet along 75 into the Dallas area if needed.
Would also consider FFL / shipping if you 1) pay for the shipping and any extra FFL charges, and 2) tell me what to do to accomplish that
