TAM, you answered your own question. OTOH, a stolen gun doesn't have much value to a thief. Are these people encouraging muggings, looting and burglary with their false offerings?

That's one state where I don't believe private transfers are allowed, so one could not go and camp out at the entrance to make a better offer for those firearms.

You remind me of the first time I did a FTF purchase/sale here in Texas, not too long after having moved here from California. I bought a Springfield Loaded 1911 from another member here, and we did the deal in a QT parking lot across the street from a police station. I laugh now, but back then my head was on a swivel and I felt like I was doing a drug deal or something. He was almost laughing out loud at me. God bless Texas.

If Massachusetts residents could do math, they wouldn't have reelected the president.
