This is an older pre-Remington Marlin 1895SS (a.k.a Classic Model 1895) .45-70 Government rifle in good condition. It has a few dings and some minor finish wear. It comes with the following:

1. Wild West Guns Happy Trigger (installed)
2. Factory trigger components (not installed)
3. Warne scope base (installed)
4. EGW picatinny scope base (not installed)
5. Extended hammer spur installed
6. Wild West Guns oversize lever loop (not installed, a bit of a tight fit and some wear shown in picture)
7. 29 rounds of Double Tap ammo 405 grain soft points

I am looking for $550 FTF on the west side of Houston for everything.

Is this a Micro-Groove rifling or Ballard type? Do you have any down the barrel pictures?

My camera isn't able to take pictures down the bore, but the serial number is 9503xxxx. I believe that means this a 1991 model based on the chart found at http://www.wisnersinc.com/additional_in ... tecode.htm" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; . The barrel is JM proofed. From what I can find, it seems a 1991 model would be micro-groove.
