#38 Burger in the State...

According to Texas Monthly.

Jalapeño Cream Cheese burger at Roadhouse in Bastrop, TX.

I had mine on a jalapeño cheddar bun, but you can go with sourdough if you prefer. Substituting sweet potato fries is also an option.


It was a pretty darn good burger. :drool:

My poor wife is about to spend 2 hours next to me on a plane. She's a brave woman.

No I decided to buy one assembled. I don't know if the sale actually went through and I won't know until tomorrow. So now I'm already kicking myself on that decision.
