I wear my USAF "gortex" jacket quite a bit as a windbreaker...but then again, in Texas and the South, a whole LOT of people have some sort of camo on...to second what Crossfire said, California!

During Dove or Deer season, once morning is over, you'll see multiple folks wearing camo from head to toe in almost any Walmart - In TEXAS.

Duh, everyone in Kalifornia just knows that wearing camo makes you a cold, heartless killer. Also, it blends in better inside the retail shopping environment. Unsuspecting people will never see him coming! He must have forgot to put on camo face pain, and the shoppers saw a floating head and called the police about that.

For heavens sakes, people need to get a grip! Here in Va cammo is a seasonal color. The local Walmart carries baby onesies in cammo. Bunch of babies, unless he was doing something odd, they have lost their minds.

Camo-babies! Make them dance and you got an instant viral Youtube video!

LOL - not good people were scared, but geez. In SO CAL people wear camo too as it is also a fashion now days. Probably didn't like something he bought or wanted a refund. On top of that, Walmart, even in So CAL, sells camo :)

He was probably a nature photographer, carrying a Nikon with a long lens on one of those shoulder thingys and wanted to ask the manager why they don't stock film anymore....

Seeing camo in a WalMart is as common as seeing fuzzy slippers ('round here anyway) *shaking head*

We went to our nearest Walmart today wherein I saw several reasons to evacuate the store. They weren't all wearin' cammies either. Heckfire, some of 'em weren't even wearin' their teeth.
