Palmetto State Armory has ATI polymer lowers for sale again - $69.99 for those that might be lookin' for a lower. I bought 1 a few weeks ago at 39.99 that I'm still waiting to receive. Wish I could give the forum an opinion...but I'm hoping it is OK quality for a low end build.

Darn, I was wanting one for a .22 upper, which is also plastic. Would make for a super lightweight plinker.
I guess I'll wait a bit longer

I did a build a few months ago mating a
New Frontier polymer lower to a CMMG upper (upper, BCG and barrel were all CMMG). I was a bit worried about the fit of the lower, specifically the magwell. It's only been to the range once for testing and initial sighting, but I was very happy with it. The magazines (PMags) fit solidly and dropped freely when the mag release is pushed. The trigger group is solid, with no noticeable bad behaviors to complain about. The receivers fit together solidly with no rattle or play. If I get the chance to shoot it more, I'll have a better opinion about longevity of internal parts, but I would not hesitate to buy one again if I was doing another build in these market conditions. The polymer lower is "good to go" in my opinion and the trigger group can be replaced cheaply if it proves necessary.
Finding one in stock will be the hard part..
IMO, YMMV.

I actually bought one of the "purple" lowers a while back. I did not like that the hammer and other internals were polymer also, and could not be replaced with standard LPK parts.
I understand the ATI and other bare lowers will use a standard LPK>
