Maybe its been answered. I heard the news say obama wants to ban all semi autos.

so does this mean ALL semi autos or they talking about AR's? one news place said AR's then ive heard other just say semi autos in general. other then him wanting to ban all guns what are they talking about?

I cant imagine they would accually let him ban all semi auto guns. There are millions of those is he really wanting all handguns,shotguns, non bolt action rifles, and a lot of revolvers?

Some of the talking-heads are talking about SA rifles, some are talking about all SA firearms.

yea the news media lack of knowledge really doesnt help the situation. if they are confusing us then others take it at face value.

DiFi's list specifically names my beautiful little 1943 Inland M1 Carbine which my son gave me for Christmas a year ago. I will not go down passively if tries to take it away from me. It is a precious gift from my son, in honor of my dad who carried one ashore at Iwo Jima on D-Day+3, and I will do whatever it takes to keep it. Whatever it takes.

wow...that is an amazing gift. it would be sad to think these fools believe items like this should be banned.

That is not a compromise I am NOT willing to entertain, call me lazy but that is just too much work.

What any ban (if there is one) will contain or exclude is just speculation. It may look like the previous AWB. It may be completely different. You're going to have changes along the way with politicians in the senate making changes, politicians in the house making changes, then both making more changes to come up with the final bill.

Who knows, it could be a repeat of Obamacare where they have to pass the bill so that we can find out what's in it. :)

There's also the possibility that Obama will take matters into his own hands and use the power of executive orders and his control of the BATFE.

That will work until you get a semi-auto or full-auto battlefield pickup.
