Hello, just seeing if there is a range in Baytown.

Not sure about Baytown. But Crosby has HighNoon pistol range. They're also going to open up a rifle range too. Just don't go during rush hour Crosby is a mess due to construction.

Crosby is closest. There's on off 225 inside beltway but its a little gangsta. Nobody watches the range so your own you own

I'll mention our range, Bay Area Shooting Club, also near Crosby, with the caveat that typically we only accept members in October.
We have a 200 yard rifle range, three 50 yard bays for handguns and rimfire, a separate 400yd and 600yd range, and several acres for informal shotgun.
