BTW
I'll just try to simplify
Opera browser
(Version 12.12 Build 1707)
On the Menu ...
Tools>Advanced>Plugins
Firefox Version 18.0
and
Comodo IceDragon Version 18.0.1.0
On the Menu ...
Tools>Addons>Plugins
Chrome Version 24.0.1312.52.m
and
Comodo Dragon Version 23.4.0.0
( I rarely use these, browsers but it's SETTINGS>EXTENSIONS)
Infernal Exploder ...
Probably something like ...
On Menu
Tools>Manage Addons (If you get drop down box, check ALL addons instead of currently loaded)

Maybe I'm jaded or something, but I'm always highly suspicious when the government tells me to do something for my own safety...
