Shipped to wrong zip code

Howdy y'all, I'm new here just wanted to voice my concerns. Timeline is below. I'm trying to be patient but my USPS tracking number shows that it was delivered to zip code 78705 when it should be 78773. My concern is that it was mailed to the wrong address because my status still shows "waiting for receipt of paperwork". Thanks in advance for any help.
11/10: Class Taken
12/17: Online Application Completed
12/18: Paperwork Mailed
12/20: Delivery Confirmation for 78705
