That is a common tactic in the middle east I hear. Our soldiers have seen this type of activity before.

I don't think any speculation will be over. I believe he will announce what is being considered, as in a. what congress should do, and b. what he might do though EO. I don't think we'll know anything until he actually issues the EOs and congress acts or fails to act (the latter I hope).

For the first time since this has happened, I actually feel physically ill over this.

Children are children, not props. This is an all time low for this administration.

I am not one prone to panic or speculation but even I feel a bit apprehensive about this announcement tomorrow. Mostly it comes from all the "executive order" stuff that is getting tossed around.
I don't have many guns, or many bullets, or much training, but I really enjoy my freedom to own and use what I do have and I sure as heck don't want to have to "register" what little I do have. I really liked being able to carry my g19 with its 15+1 rounds. I felt safe not carrying a second magazine...

There is no knowing what he is going to do till it is done. Hopefully the NRA is ready and waiting with a lawsuit to be filed immediately and injunctions to keep that which is not under his jurisdiction from being implemented.

As far as registering. I ain't got nothing, sold it all to a fellow named Jose last week. FTF transaction, he had his voters ID (not a felon) and his drivers license (residency).

The worst part of the POTUS surrounding himself with children isn't simply the disgusting idea this represents, but the fact that there are those who believe that to be a legitimate tactic and those who will fall for such obvious theatrics.
