She had a pistol? Where? I've watched it ten times and never seen the pistol. Don't understand why this is a Glock commercial. Shouldn't they at least show a Glock?

I think it was a bad commercial. It sends the message that one simply has to threaten the use of a weapon and the bad guy will faint or run away. That is a good way to get a person killed by a bad guy. She should have unloaded that gun in him the instant that door swung open.
Oh...and I am not so sure making a point of the finger not being on the trigger was smart either. This is a situation that the finger better darned well be on the trigger and ready to squeeze.
Oh yeah... And it would be real darned stupid to square up on the door. The bad guy could just shoot you through the door.
Maybe rush you and be on you before you could get your finger on the trigger.
Did I mention that the commercial is bad on many levels?

Awesome! Except someone should tell her not to go that close to the door in the first place and get the gun FIRST. Better yet have it there on the couch to begin with.
