They didn't confirm anything except the possession of certain weapons. They did not say which ones he fired.

Facts seem to be hard things to get. First, initial reports which turn out to be incorrect, then sort of a general understanding of what happened. But as it drops from the news facts seem to be difficult to find.

Questions that I have not found answers to: Were their any reports on the slugs that were recovered. What type and were they all from the same rifle or gun? Did they match the guns found at the scene? Did any slugs found not match the weapons found at the scene? Were these tests and observations collected and made?

Finally, did the classroom doors have a simple method to lock the hallway door lever handle, so that a person in the hallway could be prevented from entering the classroom. Previous reports again which I have not been able to confirm, indicated the classrooms had at least a one way communication system with the main office. It was activated and classrooms were able to tell something bad was going on in the office. It appeared however, the classrooms were not able to lock down, and or the shooter shot out the classroom locks to gain entry. I would like to know which.

There is no law or code requiring school classrooms to be lockable. It would seem to me that if the classrooms were not lockable, this would be a first step for new a law to protect school children, rather than focusing on the second amendment.

Where is the investigation report? Where is the timeline of the incident? Where are the witnesses' testimony? Where are the Forensic Reports? Why those who survived are not talking to the media and giving detailed accounts to what happened?

Why the silence, after the incident?

So many Qs, and long silence.

Hey silence is a very effective tool. It has worked for Fast and Furious and Benghazi and now Sen. Robert Menendez.

"Public information" was in the same as "transparency" when it went over the cliff.

Previous reports again which I have not been able to confirm, indicated the classrooms had at least a one way communication system with the main office.

One of the reports that I read said that an unknown person turned on the PA system from the school
office, and that much of the chaos was thus transmitted to the rest of the school, who were then aware
that bad things were happening.

Re: lockable doors to the classrooms. This would seem to be a good idea, but when a madman has a 100 round
drum of .223's, he's not going to be stopped from entering any classroom of his choosing.

:nono: Whoa now..."had a hundred round drum of .223s"....the report was "30 round clips"...we don't need to make it sound even worse than it was...that sounds like the "facts" some of the reporters would say.

A mad man with a common hammer wouldn't be stopped by locks on the doors either. Not sure what magazine capacity, or guns for that matter, have to do with it.

Breaching shotgun would open just about any door would it not? It all comes down to the only real deterrent is an armed teachers along with hardened entries. Both visible armed resource officers and concealed carry staff.

Has anyone seen this video? I have not seen it on the forum after searching for it so I posted a link. It reports 4 handguns in the school and he was DENIED at the background check when trying to buy a rifle on the 11th of December.

Whole thing stinks. Cover up written all over it. Still waiting for the Feds to come back and say the guy at Lone Star College pulled an AR out of his pants.

I saw it yesterday being sent around in an email. This was broadcast back in the initial time frame of the shooting on 12/15/12

Snopes says that claim of 4 handguns and no AR in the school is false. They (snopes) claims the medical examiner said most were shot with the AR. I also received the same email (with video) a day or so ago. But, I don't know what to believe really. Snopes has been said to be biased. I wonder if the coroner or medical examiner's records are public.

Snopes is as in the bag for obama as the MSM.
