Paper Application

Have a friend who got locked out of the online application. In frustration he mailed in paper application. Does anyone have an idea of what timeline for response is on paper applicaitons?

My friend has been coming by every few days and we c heck his status. Today he finally showed up in the system. About four weeks for his paper app to get processed. From what I can tell that is not too diferent from online times.

If he mailed the paper application and check with all the paperwork I don't think it should take much longer than someone who mailed the other paperwork but applied online.
