DE you are too old to use "Feminine Sanity Paper" , but surely enough, you can take the above attached paper and use it NOW! Cause you need it so bad.

The list is ridiculous, and the proposal is worse. I have a hard time seeing this make any ground. Guess i need to look for the sig556 pistol ive been wanting now in case it does tho!? lol

yea it does, right there at the front 
how a barrel shroud goes up or touches your shoulder is still beyond me, lol
i guess if the gun isnt against your shoulder the barrel shroud makes the gun go up (recoil) faster after a shot?! lol
