That is exactly the America our Founders envisioned! Where mob rule and fickle political winds didn't affect the God given rights of All of the citizens of these United States.

I didn't think I'd ever hear anything more incompetent from a legislator than Pelosi`s "We need to pass it so we can find out what's in it" statement. DiFi's comments constitute her admission that her bill is unconstitutional. :mad5

The part from her bill in red says enough to me that her intent is indeed to infringe.
