In Hillsboro, Oregon (Portland suburb), January 20, police were called to the home of a 46-year-old police veteran for a domestic dispute.

The police officer at the center of the dispute was arrested and charged with attempted murder after he allegedly shot at another officer.

Ten other officers at the scene were put on routine administrative leave after they fired shots during the incident. The home was reportedly rendered uninhabitable by the number of shots fired.

Wow. He gets in a DV beef with the old lady and then opens up on the responding units? His jail time will be harsh. The crooks will hate him for being a cop, and the co's will hate him for shooting a fellow cop. His time will not be pleasant. I wouldn't be surprised if he attempts suicide in the near future.

The ultimate double whammy.
