Phil and Cesar did great job in conducting a top-notch new/renwal CHL class, lecturing some 28 CHLers. The Qualification was conducted professionally and safely.
I scored 96/100 on the written test. I missed 2 questions:
1) You can be civilly sued if the shooting was justified. I also learned the immunity only extend to self-defense shooting but not for defense of property. I thought and believed that immunity covers all justified shootings.
2) I missed a "NOT" when I was skimming a long easy T/F question. "The LEO is NOT authorized to disarm the CHLer...." My fault, I got the answer wrong.
On the qualification shooting, I scored 244/250. I need to remember to pull the slack off the trigger on my full-size PX4 Storm. Silly me, Some young shooter had 100%, I was
