Glad I called

I sent my paperwork in through the "contact us" on the DPS website on 2/5 and got the auto respond email but..... I called today to make sure everything went through and this dude told me that they never recieved my stuff, they really had no record that I had sent them anything, I may have done something wrong which would be understandable since I'm not real smart but thats a whole nother topic
Anyways he gave me a fax number and I sent it that way, called an hour later and everything was there
The fax # is 512-462-6135 if anyone wants to send in that way.
Back to waiting..

If you got the confirmation message, they got the info! Calling them to confirm got you the same response that people get who snail-mail. They check the same system you do. They don't look at some internal, more accurate, system. They just get you off the phone.
Just my opinion and observation.

I feel your pain. I sent my docs through an email also. About 2 weeks later, I got an email saying the docs didn't load. So last Tuesday I faxed them. The guy also said that the sheet with the barcode isn't needed.
