Oz the Great and Powerful

The new movie looks like it may be pretty incredible. Of course, being a balloon pilot I want to see how well they do the graphics and balloon stuff.
There is actually a balloon on tour now that is promoting the movie. The pilot is a friend of mine and they will be dropping James Franco in tonight in it on Jimmy Kimmel Live if the weather permits.

In that last one, I don't remember the witches being near that attractive in the original.

I watched that show live last night. Oh wait, that was the State of the Union address

I have flown a few times as a photographer and I must say, it is about as cool an experience as you will ever have. Nothing like it for sure and it needs to be on everyone's bucket list. I try to head up to the Albuquerque balloonfest most years and it is quite a sight to see that many balloons lift off. I'll be checking out that movie for sure.
