Wait untill my traffic ticket is cleared to apply?

Post by thegoaty »

I got a traffic ticket not too long ago. I am doing defensive driving route to dismiss it but since I was ticketed on a motorcycle I have to take a motorcycle safety course , which blows cause I would much rather just do the online defensive driving class. I will be doing that in a week or two so my ticket is technically in defered judification , I think. Should I wait untill it's all done and ticket officially dismissed befor I do my online chl application?

Traffic violations won't have any impact on your eligibility for a CHL. Go ahead with your application.

:iagree: No need to wait for a traffic citation disposition.

Also, suggest you edit the original post for language.

See specifically rule 1 and 8.
