Sequester Delays?

Wondering out loud if any part of this CHL background check will be slowed by the Sequester. Anyone know if the fingerprints process is Federal or any part of the process for that matter.

As far as I know, chl's are state only. No federal involvement. I believe I heard a number like 4,500 new apps a day.

The sequester would only affect what barry wants it to affect. He wants it to affect the maximum number of people in the worst way so that the brain dead will urge his insane spending on and raise taxes. It was his idea and now he is blaming the gop. The more I hear out of barry the more I want to slap him. He disgusts me. Anyone that believes anything this liar says is an idiot - a moron. He is evil.

I don't know that I have seen anything about the process taking less time for people whose prints are already on file. Has anyone seen/heard anything in that regard?
