Apparently a fender bender took place. Both parties enter a gas station parking lot.
A young man gets out and starts pounding on the woman’s car so much so he broke
the drivers side window. Allegedly he attempted to open the car door.
She fires killing him. She is a CHL holder.
Question: Does the Castle Doctrine apply here.
She was released and the case is going to the Grand Jury.
