Solid brass cuff key.
.223 on the bottom and a .40 on top.
Turned on a lathe and pressure fitted with a Peerless cuff key and lock pin.
I carried it for a short time before I retired but it was just too nice to actually use.
I am out of the business but still keeping one for myself.
