CHL adminstration efficiency kudos

Last Monday I went online to change the address on my CHL. Yesterday I got the new plastic in the mail. I'm impressed. I also changed the address on my DL and I couldn't help but notice how much better the CHL website is than the DL website. Someone there in CHL adminstration is doing something right --out of several government websites I've used, the CHL site has been the best, and the response the fastest. One week turn around on a replacement CHL....wow. Well done.
