I was audited today. Pass on the CHL100s is what I have. They said all my paperwork was in good shape. Asked how I scored the targets. Looked @ a B27 I took in. Nothing was said about their score being retained any where.

This was my auditor.

The auditors that did my audit only wanted to know about the method I used to score the targets. They wanted to see a copy of the test I administer. I had a blank test and a blank answer sheet and showed them that, and they were satisfied.

The DPS Instructors took pains to tell us more than once not to keep any scores. The CHL 100's "pass" is all we keep showing they performed adequately on the qual. They do not want any student's score sheet or target to be in existence to be potentially used against both the student and the instructor in a court proceeding. I stopped keeping my own personal targets in response to the sound reasons put forth by the DPS Instructors. It protects everyone better to not have those.

:iagree: :iagree: :iagree:

You only keep pass/fail, nothing with actual number scores. I will shred my student's test answer sheets, and the student has the option to either take their target with them or trash at the range.
