Is there a class size limit in the rules? I don't remember hearing that there is. My BIL said he saw something somewhere about a limit per class.

Thanks

I don't think there's a maximum in the law or administrative rules for the classroom.

Most instructors self-impose a limit so that they aren't overwhelmed. There isn't any limit in the statutes or administrative code; your limit is what you can teach while maintaining a safe environment, both on the range and in the classroom. The only possibility might be local city/county ordinances, but that would be on very specific cases.

OK, I did not think I had heard of one. I just wanted to make sure. I have had quite a range of class sizes but did not want to break any rules. Thanks!

There was a CHL class this weekend in Tarrant county with over 600 teachers in attendance.

it was a project of Chris Kyle's. He was killed 4 days before he planned to announce it. I'm glad they continued with the class.

Wow! They could've spent the entire 10 hours on the range!
