Belly Band

I carry a Glock 23/.40 and a snub nose .357 Taurus (soon a 1911 .45  ). I have a Galco high ride, IWB for both, a fanny pack and a Belly Band. I use the belly band more than any of them. I wear work out attire alot, and this is great. My only problem is tucking my shirt in. Last night at Church, I put on my belly band and .357 and slid it around so it was in at 11 o'clock in a cross draw. I tucked my shirt in with no problem, and all I would have to do to access my weapon is unbutton (or rip) a button off and it is right there. I was reluctant on getting a belly band at first, but I love it more than the others because of it's versitility. Anyone else use these, or found something better?

I have used mine a few times with a 38 snubbie when I want to dress up and tuck in my shirt. Its not really comfortable, but I dont wear it enough to get used to it. I wear an IWB for daily carry of either the Hi-Power or 1911.

You have to get one that's two sizes larger. If it's constricting, you'll hate it. If it is just snug but not tight, it's great. The pistol is pulled closer to your body so there's less printing. It is also independent of your beltline, which for some of us is different with each pair of pants we own.

My wife uses a bellyband and it works well for her.

I do fine with an IWB holster.

I have a SmartCarry I use when I'm in a crowded environment or someplace where I can't afford to be detected.

You might want to try a SmartCarry. I find them comfortable, easy to use and undetectable.

I haven't tried the bellyband myself.

I have a belly band but I wear it a little higher up on my torso and it is more comfortable than on the belly. I put it just below the bottom of my chest, my weapon is easily concealed and I have zero issues with printing.

I use a belly band when wearing dresses, skirts, or other types of clothing that don't lend themselves to belts.
I like it.

I like and use the belly band alot. I wear it around 11 o'clock and high (right under rib cage). The thing I really like is I can tuck shirt unlike IWB.
