local south houston powder supply

Does anyone know of a store that stocks a large selection of reloading components in the southern houston area?
However since I am only looking for one pound of powder I do not want to order and pay the Haz-mat charges.

Since you stated "southern Houston":
Give Carter's Country in Pasadena a call.
Also, T's ammo in Texas City carries lots of reloading components and equipment.
And I'm sure we'll get some other suggestions here shortly...

Also, there is a gun show at the Pasadena Convention center this weekend (April 14th & 15th). They usually not only have ammo, but also reloading components.
