WTS: S&W Sigma SW40VE ArkLaTex area SPF

S&W Sigma SW40VE, .40S&W (obviously). It's had about 700 rounds through it, runs like a top on anything I've fed it.
Includes 2 14-rd. mags, 1 10-rd mag, Fobus GL-4 Kydex paddle holster, and I'll throw in 100+ rounds of assorted ammunition. No case, sorry.
I don't need a lot for this pistol since I've replaced it as my daily carry with an XD-45. I'll take $250 cash for the lot. Short-term offer, will put on consignment in a local shop seven days from now if no takers.
Will CONSIDER trade for an appropriate quantity of quality .45ACP or 9mm ammo.
Face to face, ArkLaTex area, to a valid CHL holder or LEO only. Private transfer, no 4473 or sales tax. Located in Shreveport but willing to drive as far as Texarkana or Longview.
